The eyelids are made out of a stretchy polyester fabric, the whites are a woven fabric, and the iris is Greene velvet and the letters and details are embroidered. The shirt itself is a stretchy light weight baby- tee. A very eye- catching tee (get it?) with the eye placement being a little out there. There is no tag; the brand is unknown.
